Insulation Services Before & After Photos

We started with removing the existing insulation then closing off all accessible penetration areas & top plates with expanding polyurethane foam to eliminate air loss.

Then we installed a layer of 4" SilverGlo along the attic deck and covered with a 3/8" board to provide insulated storage platform which is then covered by our blown in TruSoft cellulose insulation. Lastly, we installed the David Lewis Hatch Cover of the attic steps which stops air leakage and insulates over the stairs. This is very lightweight & easy to move aside

This customer had a tongue and groove ceiling which tend to leak alot of air. We sprayed the ceiling with 2" of closed cell spray foam insulation for air sealing.

Our customer located in Ingomar, PA wanted to make their kitchen, sun room and family room more comfortable.  There was a draft from the crawl space underneath the home.  We removed existing insulation, spray foamed the rim joist with closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation to reduce heat loss. We installed a SmartDrain system which is an airtight floor drain (water can go down but air can't come up) the special design sounds an alarm letting you know if there is a plumbing leak while draining the water until you can get the leak fixed. We also did TerraBlock insulation on the floor with drainage matting and 2" Silverglo insulation on sidewalls with the white CleanSpace liner. The end result was more comfortable climate in the rooms above along with eliminating condensation and air leaks.

This customer located in Swissvale, PA contacted us regarding a drafty and cold home. We found no insulation in the attic. The best solution for this home was a Super Attic. Our Super Attic is comprised of 4" SilverGlo insulation attached to the roof rafters and gable ends. The end result is a well balanced temperature which reduced heat loss and over all energy use.

We all know how terrible fiberglass insulation can be. Once this homeowner from Harmony, PA learned about its flaws, they called us to solve the problem!

We removed the existing fiberglass insulation in this home and replaced with blowing in Tru-Soft cellulose insulation. It reduces the infiltration of air outside of the home and reduces the heat bill! 

Now these homeowners can sit comfortably in their home knowing the heat is staying inside.
